The reality is that the countries mention above are very cheap and some are even free but the cost of living is so high that you might not be able to enjoy the benefit of the tuition free studies.
Let me use studying in Germany as a case study. Germany offers free education to all International students studying for a masters degree.
The minimum cost of accommodation in Germany for students per month is about $500
The cost of feeding per month depends on the individual as people spend differently on food, but just know that at least $200 is needed to eat well in a country like Germany.
When you then add the cost of processing a German visa and the cost of flight to Germany, you will have to be budgeting close to $3000.
